Areas of Expertise:

Designing professional enhancement programmes for coaches and other specialists in the field of fitness and sport, as well as officials responsible for preventing and combating doping in Russian national sports federations and professional sports leagues, and officials from Russian regional government bodies in charge of physical education and healthcare; delivering training seminars and conferences for athletes from the first and reserve teams of the Russian Federation in summer and winter Olympic sports; designing print and online educational materials for various target groups.   

Professional Experience:

Russian Anti-Doping Agency RUSADA — Head of Educational Programmes 

Federal Research and Clinical Centre for Sports Medicine of the Federal Biomedical Agency — anti-doping specialist in pharmacological support of national teams and competitions;

Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation — Head of Anti-Doping Support and Interdepartmental Cooperation of the Department of Science and Education.  

• was involved in the work of the Ad Hoc European Committee for the World Anti-Doping Agency (CAHAMA), as well as the specialised advisory groups on science, education and legal issues of the Monitoring Group of the Council of Europe’s Anti-Doping Convention;
• represented the Russian Federation in the UNESCO Ad Hoc Task Force;
• was a member of the team charged with delivering WADA’s Athlete Outreach Program.
