During 2010, the Russian International Olympic University implemented nine programmes aimed at improving the managerial skills of Sochi 2014 Organising Committee staff. More than 200 people undertook and successfully completed the courses, receiving a RIOU certificate in recognition of their achievements. Programmes for the Sochi 2014 Organising Committee included:
