The course aims to meet the needs of executives representing regional sports authorities. It covers major aspects of sports facility management and focuses on real-life expertise. Participants study ready-made solutions to reduce costs and maximise economic efficiency of running a sports facility and conduct a comprehensive analysis of management practices involving large venues of regional significance. The course offers on-site practical sessions at facilities with different functions and forms of ownership, including the Sochi 2014 Olympic venues.
