The courses "Personnel management in Sports" were held on December 5 - 10, as part of the Olympic educational program.

The classes were held by the experts in personnel training and development, business trainers Andrei Pankov and Evgenia Topolova, expert in development strategies, personnel assessment and management, change management programs Madeleine Baturina and expert in legal regulation of relations in the field of physical culture and sports Elena Vostrikova .

Students especially noted the modern approach to interacting with the audience during lectures and seminars, as well as the orientation of the material to practical application.

The program was attended by more than 20 people, including members of the Olympic Councils of the Krasnodar Territory, the Republic of Crimea, the Astrakhan, Pskov and Saratov Regions, as well as by the representatives of the National Olympic Committees of Belarus and the Kyrgyz Republic.
