RIOU graduate Paul Calle (MSA 2020/2021) of Ecuador was elected member of the Board of Directors of the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF).
In 2020, the Assembly of the ITTF Americas (Pan American Table Tennis Confederation) elected Paul as Treasurer of this institution. Then he was appointed by America to occupy one of the 6 positions of the International Table Tennis Federation’s Board of Directors. This nomination was confirmed by the ITTF Annual General Meeting held in Houston on 24 November, 2021.
Paul’s job in the new position will be to co-work with the ITTF’s Executive Committee in the decision making concerning the future development of the sport in the world.
