Her  expertise  spans  multiple  roles,  including  Education and development Director at International University Sports Federation, Project  Manager  at  Sochi  2014  Organising  Committee  and  Head  of  Knowledge  Management  and  Head  of  Volunteers  at  27th  Summer  Universiade  2013  in  Kazan  Organising  Committee.  Currently, her focus is on event management and educational programmes for organisers.
