16 June, Sochi. Agreements of Cooperation between the Russian International Olympic University (RIOU) and the Moscow University of Industry and Finance, Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Kufstein (Austria) were signed. Three signers are CEO of RIOU Professor Lev Belousov and Rector of MUIF Professor Yury Rubin, and also CEO of Kufstein University Professor Thomas Madrich. The director of studies for sports, culture and event management Robert Caspar represented the Kufstein University.

According to the Agreement and Memorandum parties intend to hold joint training events staff of XXII Olympic Winter Games and XI Paralympic Winter Games 2014 in Sochi and to cooperate in educational, scientific and research activities and in the sphere of Games Legacy.

These documents involve exchange of employees and students, development and implementation of training courses, providing conditions for expert dialog on pressing questions of sport industry development, Olympic movement and sport management by means of holding joint conferences, workshops and trainings.
