Olympstroy executives and administration managers on Olympic venues have begun to study the course on the special programme worked out by the Russian International Olympic University. The training course is organized within the Agreement of cooperation between "Olympstroy" and ANO "RIOU", signed in May 2011.

The training course programme is unique in Russia. It has been developed with regard to professional interests and educational needs of qualified engineering staff and executives on Olympstroy venues. The course is based on the IOC and OCOG "Sochi 2014" requirements to the Olympic venues. The training course is conducted by specialists with the experience of managing venues and staging world competitions, among whom – sports federations heads on winter games, national and international sports organizations leaders, large sports venues executives in Russia, scientific staff in managing sport venues.

At the end of 2012 there will be held the first test competitions on the Olympic Park arenas, that's why in the near future highly qualified specialists in managing sport venues will be in great demand, - Olympstroy Vice President Sergey Osipov said. – In this connection, the collaboration with the Russian International Olympic University will be of real importance. The University realizes educational programmes, focused on further education and qualification of Olympic venues executives and staff under the IOC and OCOG Sochi 2014 requirements".

Making estimation of joint work on training programme, RIOU CEO professor Lev Belousov stated that "while developing the training programme, we used the Olympstroy high potential as its staff are experts in managing sport venues. We had made a lot of consultations and working meetings before we could select the advanced managerial experience and involve renowned leaders in the sphere of sport venues management in realizing this programme".
