RIOU’s inuagural 2013-2014 MSA intake graduate Anna Martirosyan has been offered a place on a research fellowship programme in the Korea Institute of Sport Science (KISS). The programme is implemented under the “Cultural Partnership Initative” (CPI) of the Korean Ministry of Sports, Culture & Tourism and aimed at promoting cultural exchanges between South Korea and other countries as well as fostering the next generation of global sport leaders by getting them introduced to the Korean approaches to sports administration and science.
Anna has been invited by KISS to do research in the field of sports and physical education. During the period of 5 months Anna is to prepare a report and deliver a presentation at a UNESCO seminar.
The fellowship programme at KISS is very popular – every year the programme’s board selects successful candidates from all over the world. This Year Anna’s application won and she was selected for participation in the programme which is a proof of Anna’s extensive professional experience as well as academic background. RIOU’s Master of Sport Administration programme is very reputed and well-known in the sports scientific community of South Korea.
