The courses "Communication in Sports" were held on December 2 - 6, as part of the Olympic educational program.

In the Moscow branch of RIOU, experienced practical teachers have sorted out a wide range of issues related to communications in the sports field. The courses were held by Galina Pushkar, member of the Public Council at the Ministry of Sports of Russia and expert in the field of GR communications practices, as well as by Maxim Gordeev, Director of Digital Communications at Attribute Communication Bureau.

The courses brought together managers and physical education teachers from Moscow, the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Region, Perm and Amur Regions, Tatarstan and Belarus. The students showed the greatest interest in PR-practices in sports, anti-crisis communications, as well as in the use of social networks and video blogging.

In the classroom, many practical cases on these topics were offered for analysis, and students prepared their own solutions for real situations. The participants also held a series of practical discussions, exchanged experience in organizing and conducting mass sport events and competitions.
