Dr. Chin-shung Kao, President of the National Taiwan Sport University (NTSU), and Lev Belousov, Rector of the Russian International Olympic University (RIOU), signed a Memorandum of Understanding during a ceremony held at NTSU’s campus in Taipei.
Both parties will undertake to initiate joint academic activities, such as: research projects, reports and publications and exchange of faculty staff and students, etc.
