Professor Lev Belousov, Rector of the Russian International Olympic University, has been awarded the title of Honoured Worker of Higher Education of the Russian Federation by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No 142 of 31 March, 2016. The honour highlights Prof. Belousov’s “contribution to the development of research and education, training of highly qualified specialists, and his many years of productive work”.
