During the XXIX World Winter Universiade 2019 in Krasnoyarsk the Russian International Olympic University together with the Krasnoyarsk Regional Advanced Training Institute for Physical Culture and Sports  successfully completed the educational program “Organizational and methodological features of performing a training process at the stages of sports training.”

RIOU Rector, Academician of the Russian Academy of Education Lev Belousov, together with the First Deputy Region Minister of Sport Svetlana Hodiush, attended the graduation ceremony where he was a keynote speaker and congratulated the students of the program. Among them were 65 specialists successfully passed certification including the international class masters of sports, senior coaches and trainers-teachers representing 26 sports.

The course audience were presented by coaches from all over the Krasnoyarsk region, master of sports of international class, senior coach of the sports training section in freestyle at the Olympic Reserve Sports School in Winter Sports V. V. Glushchenko, master of sports, senior coach in rowing slalom of the Regional Sports Center training “Academy of winter sports” T.A. Kozyreva, master of sports of the USSR, trainer-teacher of the “Children's and youth sports school on sports games “Smena” in the city of Zheleznogorsk N.N. Ogurtsova, master of sports, coach of the “Uzhur sports school” A.A. Yakovleva.
