Over 15 years of managerial experience in top Russian and multinational companies.

Professor Selskiy was involved into Russia's national programme on Digital Economy design, implementation and promotion.

He is the author and instructor of a number of training courses, including those on Organisational Strategy, Digital Transformation, SportsTech (Sports Innovations), and Human Resources.

His training projects for RIOU and other institutions involved Russia, China, and Kazakhstan.
