Lilia  Barieva  is  a  seasoned  expert  in  international  project  management,  knowledge  management,  strategic  planning,  and  team  leadership,  with  a  proven  track  record  of  delivering  successful  events  and  programmes. 

Areas  of  Expertise: 

Her  expertise  spans  multiple  roles,  including  Project  Manager  at  Sochi  2014  Organising  Committee  and  Head  of  Knowledge  Management  Department  and  Head  of  Volunteers  at  27th  Summer  Universiade  2013  in  Kazan  Organising  Committee.  Currently,  her  focus  is  on  educational  programmes  for  student-athletes  and  event  management.

Professional  Experience:

With  over  17  years  of  experience  in  international  event  management,  Lilia  brings  a  unique  blend  of  knowledge,  leadership,  and  passion  to  her  work.  As  Education  Director  at  FISU,  she  oversees  educational  programmes  for  university  sports  federations  and  student-athletes  and  transfer  of  knowledge  for  multi-sport  events.
